We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 6 business days of arrival.
